Payment must be completed before visa processing begins. Once processing has started, the payment is non-refundable. Immigration and third-party fees already paid are non-refundable.

Pembayaran harus diselesaikan sebelum proses visa dimulai. Setelah proses dimulai, pembayaran tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable). Biaya Imigrasi dan pihak ketiga yang telah dibayarkan tidak dapat dikembalikan.

Visa approval or rejection is solely determined by the relevant Indonesian Immigration authority. GET IN GO does not guarantee visa approval, a specific visa outcome, or entry into Indonesia. A granted visa does not automatically guarantee entry; final admission is determined by immigration officers at the port of entry.

Persetujuan atau penolakan visa sepenuhnya merupakan keputusan Imigrasi Indonesia. GET IN GO tidak menjamin persetujuan, hasil visa tertentu, maupun izin masuk ke Indonesia. Visa yang telah diterbitkan tidak secara otomatis menjamin izin masuk; keputusan akhir berada pada petugas Imigrasi di tempat pemeriksaan masuk.

All processing times provided by GET IN GO are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates. Processing may take longer due to Immigration review, additional requirements, public holidays, system issues, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond GET IN GO’s reasonable control.

Seluruh waktu proses yang diberikan GET IN GO merupakan estimasi dan bukan jaminan tanggal selesai. Proses dapat memerlukan waktu lebih lama karena pemeriksaan Imigrasi, persyaratan tambahan, hari libur, gangguan sistem, keputusan pemerintah, atau keadaan lain di luar kendali wajar GET IN GO.

The applicant is responsible for providing accurate, complete, valid, and genuine information and documents. Passport details and other official documents provided by the applicant will be used as the primary reference for the application.

Pemohon bertanggung jawab memberikan informasi dan dokumen yang akurat, lengkap, valid, dan asli. Data paspor dan dokumen resmi lainnya yang diberikan oleh Pemohon menjadi acuan utama dalam proses pengajuan.

Immigration may request additional documents, information, interviews, or other requirements at any stage. The applicant must remain reachable and provide the requested information or documents within the required timeframe. Failure to respond may affect the application and does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Imigrasi dapat meminta dokumen, informasi, wawancara, atau persyaratan tambahan pada tahap apa pun. Pemohon wajib tetap dapat dihubungi dan memberikan informasi atau dokumen yang diperlukan dalam waktu yang ditentukan. Kegagalan memberikan respons dapat memengaruhi proses pengajuan dan tidak otomatis menjadi alasan pengembalian dana.

GET IN GO will process and submit the visa application based on the information and documents provided by the applicant. Once the required documents have been received, payment has been completed, and processing has started or the application has been submitted, the application is considered officially in process and cannot be cancelled for a refund. Changes after submission may require additional fees and/or a new application. Processing is considered to have started once GET IN GO begins administrative preparation, account registration, document processing, or application submission.

GET IN GO akan memproses dan mengajukan permohonan visa berdasarkan informasi dan dokumen yang diberikan oleh Pemohon. Setelah dokumen diterima, pembayaran selesai, dan proses telah dimulai atau pengajuan telah diajukan, pengajuan dianggap resmi dalam proses dan tidak dapat dibatalkan untuk mendapatkan refund. Perubahan setelah pengajuan dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan dan/atau memerlukan pengajuan baru. Proses dianggap telah dimulai setelah GET IN GO melakukan persiapan administrasi, pendaftaran akun, pemrosesan dokumen, atau pengajuan aplikasi.

The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to GET IN GO are accurate, valid, and consistent with the official documents. GET IN GO is not responsible for errors or discrepancies originating from information or documents provided by the applicant. Where discrepancies occur, official documents will be used as the primary reference.

Pemohon bertanggung jawab memastikan seluruh informasi dan dokumen yang diberikan kepada GET IN GO benar, valid, dan sesuai dengan dokumen resmi. GET IN GO tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan atau ketidaksesuaian yang berasal dari informasi atau dokumen yang diberikan oleh Pemohon. Apabila terdapat perbedaan, dokumen resmi akan menjadi acuan utama.

The applicant engages GET IN GO to obtain the applicable visa and/or ITK as the final deliverable of the service. All registration, application submission, account creation and management, verification, OTP handling, and other administrative procedures required to obtain the visa and/or ITK are handled by GET IN GO as part of the service.

Pemohon menggunakan layanan GET IN GO untuk memperoleh visa dan/atau ITK sebagai hasil akhir layanan. Seluruh proses pendaftaran, pengajuan, pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun, verifikasi, penggunaan OTP, serta prosedur administrasi lainnya yang diperlukan untuk memperoleh visa dan/atau ITK dilakukan oleh GET IN GO sebagai bagian dari layanan.

The Immigration account and its access credentials are not part of the service deliverable and are managed by GET IN GO solely for the purpose of processing the applicant’s application. The applicant is not required to receive or manage such account access, including OTP or other authentication methods, which may be managed by GET IN GO for processing and security purposes.

Akun Imigrasi dan aksesnya bukan merupakan bagian dari hasil layanan yang diberikan dan dikelola oleh GET IN GO semata-mata untuk keperluan proses pengajuan Pemohon. Pemohon tidak diwajibkan untuk menerima atau mengelola akses akun tersebut, termasuk OTP atau metode autentikasi lainnya, yang dapat dikelola oleh GET IN GO untuk keperluan proses dan keamanan.

This arrangement applies solely to the processing of the current service and does not give GET IN GO exclusive rights over the applicant’s future immigration matters. The applicant remains free to manage future applications independently or appoint another authorized service provider.

Pengaturan ini hanya berlaku untuk proses layanan yang sedang berjalan dan tidak memberikan hak eksklusif kepada GET IN GO atas kebutuhan imigrasi Pemohon di kemudian hari. Pemohon tetap bebas untuk mengurus pengajuan selanjutnya secara mandiri atau menunjuk penyedia jasa lain yang berwenang.

For extension applications, leaving Indonesia while an extension is being processed may affect the application. The applicant is responsible for maintaining valid immigration status and complying with all Indonesian Immigration requirements, including extending their stay or leaving Indonesia before the permitted stay expires.

Untuk pengajuan perpanjangan, meninggalkan Indonesia saat proses perpanjangan berlangsung dapat memengaruhi proses pengajuan. Pemohon bertanggung jawab menjaga status imigrasi tetap berlaku dan mematuhi seluruh ketentuan Imigrasi Indonesia, termasuk melakukan perpanjangan atau meninggalkan Indonesia sebelum masa tinggal yang diizinkan berakhir.

Government, Immigration, payment, courier, and third-party fees are subject to the respective provider’s policy. GET IN GO is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government decisions, system outages, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Biaya pemerintah, Imigrasi, pembayaran, kurir, dan pihak ketiga mengikuti kebijakan masing-masing penyedia. GET IN GO tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan atau gangguan yang disebabkan oleh keadaan di luar kendali wajar GET IN GO, termasuk keputusan pemerintah, gangguan sistem, keadaan darurat, atau kejadian tidak terduga lainnya.

By making payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Quotation and Terms & Conditions, including the payment, processing, cancellation, and refund provisions.

Dengan melakukan pembayaran, Pemohon menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui Quotation serta Syarat & Ketentuan ini, termasuk ketentuan mengenai pembayaran, proses pengajuan, pembatalan, dan pengembalian dana.
